Nicole K. Bell

Nicole K. Bell (she/her/hers) is a strategic learning and development professional that focuses on leadership, equity, and creating inclusive and authentic learning connections. She is currently the training and development coordinator in Human Resources at Austin Community College (ACC). She has over 15 years of experience in creating diverse employee leadership and development training programs. She is a certified mediator, success coach, and graduate of both Leadership Women-Leadership Pipeline, 2016, and the Essential Class of Leadership Austin, 2018. Nicole is a Courageous Conversations about Race Affiliate Practitioner with the Pacific Education Group. As an Anti-Racist educator, Nicole's passion is the uplifting and support of women and families of color. Nicole’s mission in equity work is to create spaces for everyone to be free to show up in their full humanity.

Tiffanie Harrison

Tiffanie Harrison (she/her/hers) is an educator, community organizer, entrepreneur, designer, and investor. Tiffanie is a General Partner at the Radical Equity Fund where she advises and invests in diverse founders and EdTech startups. As a community organizer, Tiffanie advocates for educational and racial equity. Tiffanie is a Courageous Conversations About Race Affiliate Practitioner with the Pacific Educational Group and is a consultant for schools, districts, and public and private companies around racial equity practices. Tiffanie holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Health, Performance, and Recreation from Baylor University as well. Tiffanie’s life mission is to promote inclusion, diversity, and understanding while working to eliminate bias, bigotry, and oppression in her commUNITY.

Skye Howell

Skye Howell (she/her/hers) is a former healthcare administrator, restorative educator and equity coach. Skye is from the Potawatomi and Ottawa tribal nations and grew up in Houston, Texas. Shaped by her personal experiences, she is an advocate for Native rights and equitable student opportunities. She received her graduate degree in Educational Equity and Cultural Diversity from the University of Colorado- Boulder and her undergraduate degree in Recreation Therapy at Texas State University.  Skye is a Courageous Conversations about Race Affiliate Practitioner with the Pacific Educational Group. Skye integrates an equity centered, anti-racist approach that centers Indigenous practices. Using art, music, literature and personal reflection, she strives to curate spaces of collective healing and restoration where everyone can show up in their Full Humanity. Skye is honored to serve her community on the Board for Great Promise for American Indians.

Jaquita Wilson Kirby

Jaquita Wilson (she/her/hers) is a longtime community servant in Georgetown/Williamson County. Change can only be done with transparency and active engagement for the people. Mrs. Wilson Kirby received her Bachelor’s degree in English from Montclair State University, as well as passed her Secondary Education Praxis test from the State of New York. She has lived in Georgetown, TX for seven years as a military wife, mother of five, and active member of the community. Prior to her family moving to Georgetown, WIlson was a middle-school teacher and Education Coordinator for Casa Guadalupe in Pennsylvania for four years where she developed student curriculum, managed the budget, and organized personnel training. Locally, Wilson taught with Head Start of Georgetown for several years before becoming Director of Liberty Hill Head Start.
