The Universe has a way of connecting people who are meant to be on this journey together.

In 2018, Skye Howell and Nicole Bell met at ACC through the Equity Associates Collaborative created by Dr. Stephanie Hawley. The Collaborative was a training ground for developing a coalition of Equity and Inclusion Transformation Consultants at Austin Community College (ACC) and in the community.

Skye and Tiffanie Harrison met at a BRAVE communities panel on Education and Cultural Proficiency also held at ACC. They instantly hit it off and worked together to support Round Rock ISD’s equity and inclusion.

After finishing the collaborative training and graduating, Skye and I connected more deeply and co-facilitated racial healing circles at different conferences in 2018., one of them being the Courageous Conversations about Race Summit in Philadelphia. Skye, Tiffanie, and I were selected for the new Courageous Conversations about Race facilitator certification program through the City of Austin (there were only 14 of us chosen out of 40 interested)  I had heard so many times that I should meet Tiffanie Harrison. I heard this from Skye, my friend Emlyn Lee of BRAVE communities, and many others but interestingly, I had still not met Tiffanie in person. Like any good fan- I followed her on Facebook! LOL.

We finally met up at Austins’ first Equity Space in 2019. Skye and I presented and then went to Tiffanie's presentation in the next room. At the luncheon, we connected and spent the rest of the conference side by side, newfound sisters!

In early 2020, over lunch at the Blue Corn Harvest in Georgetown Texas, we dreamed about one day going into business and work together to uplift the voices of the marginalized and provide partnership to those organizations that want to unlearn white supremacy culture and become anti-racist leaders.

In 2021, we were thrilled to invite Jaquita Wilson-Kirby to be a part of the Full Humanity Team.

Our Values

Antiracism.

The policy or practice of opposing racism and promoting racial equality. At FHC, this is our everyday policy and practice. We are intentionally and actively working to impact the world by dismantling dominant culture beliefs, policies and behaviors one person, and organization at a time.

Transparency.

We do what we do thru TRANSPARENCY. The practice and policy of antiracism can only be done with transparency, where everyone is aware of the next steps, the data behind decisions, and trust is the foundation of the work.

Equity.

EQUITY is our ultimate goal. It is the star that guides our partnership journey, it is what we work towards leaving for those who will come after us. EQUITY that everyone can see, feel, hear, touch and taste.
